A Bit of History about Cassis
The inspiration for our name comes from the beautiful
seaside village of Cassis which is located in the
sunny south of France between Marseilles and Toulon.
Kir Royale, made from Champagne and
Crème de Cassis (macerated black currants), was inspirational too,
but in a very different way !!
