Les Vins Blancs

White Wine
Pfalfenheim - Alsace, France - Pinot Blanc
The nose is appealing with aromas of ripe apple. On the palate it it dry, rich and ripe ending with lingering tones of apple. Pairs well with chicken and salmon.
Bouchard P&F - France - Petit Chablis
Pale straw colour, hint of green apple, pear, citrus. Almond on the nose with a dry crisp clean finish. Beautifully accompanied with all shellfish and seafood
Pelee Island - Ontario - Gewurztraminer
Not quite a dry wine, Gewurztraminer is a pleasant afternoon glass by itself and has enough weight and length to match well with Lamb, Steak or Scallops.
Louis Latour - France - Chardonnay
Deep straw colour, citrus, melon, anise, vanilla and nut flavouring.
Goes well with chicken, shrimp and pork dishes.
Santa Margherita - Italy - Pinot Grigio
Light and fruity with citrus aromas.  Accompanies cheese, pasta and veal.
Mondavi Coastal - California - Sauvignon Blanc
A crisp, dry and refreshing white wine that displays vibrant fruit and floral hues.
Suggested dishes: quiche, fish, crépe, seafood
