Nederberg Cabernet Sauvignon - South Africa
A smooth yet rich flavoured cabernet. With a bouquet of ripe spicy fruit and full-bodied taste. Well matched with red meats and mature cheeses.
Mommessin Chateauneuf du Pape - France (2005)
Full bodied, smooth taste, aromas of spices and dried black fruit.
Louis Latour Pinot Noir - France
Medium bocied and ripe with deep ruby hues, with a smooth finish. Light enough to be enjoyed with most entrees.
Costasera Amarone Classico - Masi - Italy
Complex with deep ruby hues and a long finish.
Pilletri Estates I Baci Cabernet Merlot - Ontario
The Cab merlot has deep ruby tones, aromas of black currant, licorice and a hint of herbs. Medium bodied with ripe berries and cocoa on the toasty finish.  Excellent with lamb.
Perrin Reserve - Cotes duRhone - France (2006)
This full body Cote du Rhone has black cherry, Cassis and spice flavours with peppery aromas.  It's normal for an aged wine like this to find natural sediments.  To be enjoyed with our Lamb Shank Provencal or Steak Dijon.
Yellow Tail Shiraz - Australia
The Shiraz bounds forward from the glass with berry and vanilla oak aromas.  Subdued earthy tones with a sofr ripe sweetness.
Montecilla Crianza La Rioja - Spain (2005)
Medium ruby red colour; raspberry, sweet cherry, violet, lavender and Cassis fruit aromas with hints of vanilla and oak.  Dry, medium-full bodied, good acidity with ripe plum, cherry, cedar and leather notes.  Excellent with rabbit, lamb or pork.
