| Paté, brie, cured meat and pickled vegetables served with
croustades. |

| Wedge of Brie wrapped in phyllo pastry. Served with
croustades and finished with a cranberry Cassis gastrique. |
| Fromage Chaud Chevre |
| Warm Ontario goat cheese
served with bruschetta and croustades. |

| Stuffed into mushroom caps and topped with Café de
Paris butter. |
| Gratin de Coquille Saint Jacques |
| Maritime scallops in a leek and cream sauce baked with Asiago cheese. |

| Traditionally garnished and baked to perfection. |

| Fresh baby spinach, blue cheese, peppered tomatoes, walnuts and balsamic vinaigrette. |
